Recycled Selvage Quilt - up close

Recycled Selvage Quilt - up close
I made this quilt out of selvage strips (the end of fabric where the designer's name is) and only used fabric I already had- didn't buy anything but the binding for this quilt. I sewed the selvage strips into 5x10 inch blocks then cut them in half. Once I had enough of those and solid blocks I made disappearing 9 patch blocks. Then I sewed it all together, quilted it, and added binding. It is 19 x 25 inches. Machine pieced, machine quilted, and the binding was machine & hand sewn on. This quilt took 8 hours & 15 minutes over 5 days to complete. The longest part was sorting, cutting, and sewing all the selvage pieces!
